Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We will coordinate the pickup or provide return instructions.
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
- If the item meets our return conditions, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
Refund Method
Since we offer cash on delivery only, refunds will be made via cash or transfer to your provided payment account after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during delivery are not eligible for return. Custom or personalized items may also be excluded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
